Criteria for application:
Age ≤ 40 years
Academic qualification: MD / DNB
Number of Years in Practice / Work: Minimum 5 years

Please submit the duly filled-in application forms to isaractivities@gmail.com. latest by 31st July 2023. Only applications received on this email ID will be entertained.

Along with the form, please enclose:

1. A detailed CV including the full copies of all publications, both national and international.
2. A full scientific paper that has either been published or submitted for publication in a peer reviewed journal. The scientific publication may also be MD / DNB / PhD     thesis, either submitted or accepted by the university.
3. Age proof (any government recognized photo ID).
4. ISAR Membership number.

Application form to be proposed by the clinician with whom the candidate is working.

The winner will be given the award at the Yuva ISAR Conference to be held in Kochi , Kerala. 15th -17th September 2023.
