Criteria for application:
Age ≤ 40 years
Academic qualification: Master in Life Science
Number of Years in Practice / Work: Minimum 5 years

Along with the form, please enclose:
1. A detailed CV including the full copies of all publications, both national and international.
2. A full scientific paper that has either been published or submitted for publication in a peer reviewed journal. The scientific publication may also be MPhil / PhD thesis,
either submitted to or accepted by the university. Application form to be proposed by the clinician with whom the candidate is working.
3. Age proof (any government recognized photo ID).
4. ISAR Membership number.
The winner will be given the award at the ISAR Embryology Conference to be held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 3rd-5th November 2023
